While cleaning kitchen realised we hadn't changed cooker hood filter for far too long (over 10 years). Went online to track down spare - easily found on TLC site. Ordered a spare at 12:30. Order process straightforward. Confirmation email sent quickly. Within 2 hours notice of shipment email sent with delivery tracking. Next day at 10:30, parcel arrived. By 11:30 new filter fitted. Less than 24 hours - well done. Excellent service.
