Bought a range cooker in 2013 for our new home. After it was installed by a gas safe engineer it soon started to go wrong. Premier told us that they required the engineers gas safe number, address, name and a copy of the installation reciept. We did not supply this as we felt we were being blackmailed over a faulty cooker, instead we had the cooker safety checked by an independent engineer who told us the faults. The oven teperature control was not working, oven ignitor not working correctly, wok hob ignitor not working correctly, cooking timer not even connected and worst of all the cooling fan was not working which was probably part of why the control knobs were getting so hot you could not touch them. Because of this we decided to ditch the cooker on safety reasons and went out and bought another one from a different company. We lost £600 because of this company and their attitude towards us but as we are both oap we did not want the hassle of fighting them. Like a lot of other reviewers we would not recommend anybody to use this company
