“Poor quality, customer service terrible”

Oct 2010 I purchased a black gloss gas hob along with the matching and very expensive glass cooker hood. Overall both items cost me approx £650.

One week after the hob was installed the far right dial loosened and this caused a pain in the !!!! when trying to turn off the gas so for the next 2 years we didn't use this ring. Well up until last month we were on our last useable ring as all the other dials either loosened or broke off completely! This was an extremely dangerous gas hazard as you can well imagine!

I did call their customer services line when the first dial broke but they required me to uninstall it (which would have cost more money) and then PAY for the shipping back to them! Hence why we decided to keep it.

Last year the hood stopped working, guy on the phone said switch it back on and off again (which involved a right carry on getting the unit lid off). However it worked but just recently once again we had a unit that didn't work at all, even after trying the switch on and off.

Needless to say we have now purchased new items from reputable and well known suppliers and these goods are much better quality yet cheaper than Premier Range. Wouldn't buy from ever again.
