Please be very careful when purchasing from the UK Karcher Outlet.

After paying for a vacuum cleaner, over 2 weeks have now elapsed without receipt of goods.

I have submitted 5 e-mails without receiving a reply, and it is not possible to contact them by telephone.

Buyer Beware!!

We publish a 'Contact Us' button on the website so that any communication is made from within the Customers' account - to create a paper trail - that button lists various options for contact.
However in this instance and during the sales process all e mail communication regarding the Waiting List, Stock, and despatch is automatically generated - often these automated e mails end up unseen in peoples Spam / Junk e mail file.
