Paid £92 for a five minute visit, was unhappy to pay £310 for a new door, when a plastic water pipe was the problem. It seems the easier option to collect £92 for a very quick visit.
If a sealed door unit is likely to be advised, as the exact problem and location in the appliance was known prior to the visit, I should have been advised in advance.
Customer service diabolical, I would strongly recommend looking for an alternative company to use!
