The prices here are lower than a lot of sites I came across. Also free delivery & 2 year warranty are usually additionals I'd expect to pay for, but not here. Finally the sheer range of appliances available is breath-taking - lots of choice and all for reasonable prices. I particularly liked the Price Promise, a great incentive to buy from the website. I just wish I'd seen this site before kitting out my new kitchen. The only complaint I have is the layout of the web site - seems quite old fashioned, but nothing a decent web designer can't turn around.

Although this landing page contains all the necessary information about the product and service lines available from this company, the overuse of different fonts and text sizes make it look messy and confusing. There is far too much information on one page - ideally the landing page needs to grab attention and provide fast links to other areas of content. Advertising that you take Visa, Switch etc on a landing page is totally unnecessary! It would benefit from restructuring content into specific pages about products, delivery, finance etc. There are sidebars on both sides of the page which are confusing and appear to duplicate content. When viewed on a Mac, the social media section is partially obscured by the central content window. The explanation of who the company is requires a considerable amount of scrolling down, and the text is too small. In simple terms, there is too much going on visually!
