I received a gift card as a present, but once I got into store the gift card didn’t have a balance on it. After a very quick and friendly phone call, this was looked into and within three days of enquiring about this mistake, I had a replacement gift card. The staff that dealt with me were really friendly and efficient, and everything was rectified.
My relative lives overseas and uses voucher express for our extended family’s birthdays and christmasses - it means he can get a range of gifts and vouchers simply, through one website. It is nice to know that probably the worst that can happen when using this service, can be rectified easily with a quick turn around. I can’t fault the staff for their help!
