I ordered an evoucher while I was abroad and the recipient didn't receive it even though the the email address was correct.
I immediately contacted voucher express. They asked me to confirm the recipient had checked their spam and junk folders which I was able to confirm. The voucher was then sent out again. Excellent service and immediately put right.
