“Don't bank on it...”

I would not recommend this company in any way, shape or form.

It took me nearly 6 months to get my Santander payment out of them, and I am still waiting for payment from another source (7 months now) that has apparently ceased trading with them (wonder why?)!

The site is difficult to navigate, and communication with Top Cashback leaves a lot to be desired. They even tell you not to bank on getting paid, and if something goes wrong, you are pretty much on your own.

Absolutely awful company!

I'm sorry to hear that your transaction has not progressed as expected for you.
We will always help our members if there is a query or transaction you would like us to look into to see what we can do for you.

It is not unusual for a policy/contract based transaction to take a while to reach Payable status.

This is often because the merchant may allow the policy to be running for a while before approving and paying for this. The status of the transaction is not as important as the transaction actually appearing in your account.
