Terrible Company - DO NOT TRUST THEM

I have been waiting now for over one month for over £200 to be paid into my bank account. The funds have been sitting there in the 'payment will be sent in the next payment run'box, but they have not sent them. My very first payment for £20 went through fine, but the next week the payment for £200 was sent back (they say). When I queried this they said that my bank details were incorrect and when I advised them they were fine as they had already paid to that account, they said that they would send it on the next payment run. The following week the same problem, they said that my bank was the problem, so I changed the bank details and then had to wait 10 days for the payment to be allowed to be paid. I was supposed to receive the money into my account last Friday but again no money. I spoke to them and went through the bank details and they promised the money this week, again no money.
Any large amount of money they do not want to pay you.
