Site often declines cashback earned for no good reason. Unable to get any response from them. Requested cashback due to be paid to me the first week of December 2017. Despite several reminders, with no response from them, it still has not be paid by today 26th January 2018. Not a good site to use.

This has happened to me again. I have £32 which tracked and was then confirmed. Asked for my payment 4th November 2018, they have not paid even though they have my full bank details, also this could be subject to fraud, they shouldn't have my details if they are not paying me. written chase-ups are ignored
