Goods never arrived, please respond

I bought for black friday a Henri hoover. It arrived in 12 days. Only customer service is really poor. They don’t respond on my messages and wmails. And I read a lot of negative reviews and was really afraid it was sham but I received item and all is good

I bought the choclate biscuit bar selection, 71 bars for £14.98 plus £3.99 postage. If you see this offer, DO NOT BUY! It was a box of 71 of the smallest version of these biscuit bars I have ever seen. NOT good value, they work out at over 26p each but you could buy for less in the supermarket.

I haven't received my item that I paid for on August 24th 2020. I have heard nothing back about a refund. I would advise no one to buy anything from this site. If I received my refund or get my item then I will change my review. But so far I have spent £27.99 and £6.99 and received nothing. Please can someone sort this problem out.

I made the mistake of ordering a reconditioned Mac laptop from this company. The laptop arrived, grubby looking and showing signs of wear. More importantly, it didn’t work. It didn’t even turn on. I have emailed their customer service department twice with no response, as the laptop is supposedly ‘under warranty’ – but what good is a ‘warranty’ if they fail to even respond to emails? So, to Trading Standards I go, as I do my best to warn all other consumers I can to not make the same mistake I have made by ordering from this company.

my order has not arrived I have tried emailing them direct and through the website on a number of occasions and have had no response what so ever will not be using these again and definitely would not recommend to a friend or even my worse enemy. if I have to I will give them 1 star just to get my review published but not worth any stars.

Will take your money but will sham you by sending faulty Goods and you will not get your money back trying to get my money back from december 2017.

Customer service is not a service!!! Same problem repeats itself for over a year now!! It has driven me away as bored of chasing them to get resolved each time

This is an awful company, You should definitely avoid using them. I ordered a 32GB Iphone 5 and they sent me a 16GB. They are refusing to refund me the difference in price between the two. they have claimed to have made a payment via Paypal but they are lying. I have received nothing and they can't even provide a transaction ID. They have stolen from me and are lying to me.

Rubbish firm ordered in car camera 31/08/2017 it's now 21/09/2017 still no sign don't buy off this outfit

Ordered item, received confirmation, delivery stated as 10 day. 14 days later sent email for info, received auto reply of receipt. 2 days later sent another email chasing the chase as no reply and again. Finally get reply saying item out of stock and no more available and that I should have been told this already. A refund would be issued. 4 days later received email saying that the refund was now on my account waiting to used against future orders. As I was not aware that I had an account as this was the 1st time I'd used them I asked for the refund to be sent back to PayPal saying that that is what should have happened. Had to chase again to find out how long this was going to take say that I was now hand the matter over to PayPal to recover. Payment was received by PayPal within 24 hours. Why could this not have happened 14 days + earlier. Unlikely to use again.

Avoid this company. They are BENT! They use third party suppliers who recognise the appalling service Mighty Deals offer and take full advantage. They will not respond to emails. They have no telephone number. Please report them to Trading Standards as often as possible. AVOID THEM. REPORT THEM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

These guys are terrible. There's zero customer service and they take no responsibility if something goes wrong. The companies selling the goods know that so can get away with whatever they want. That includes keeping your money if you return something. Who you gonna call???? Nobody, cause there is no number to call. Email??? Get a standard response and No action. The products are inferior, secondhand or fake. It's cheap for a reason.

Ordered some plants last month.havent heard a thing.no phone number to call.have emailed 5 times.not one reply.I am raging.DO NOT GO NESR THIS WEBSITE!!!!!DO NOT YOUCH IT WITH A BARGEPOLE

absolutely terrible outfit, avoid like the plague - shisters who keep your money when you want to return things and will not respond to enquiries

I bought a used mobile phone from Mighty Deals last year. At first, everything seemed to be ok but then we discovered that the phone kept dropping calls. When we contacted Mighty Deals to complain about the phone, they sent us a dead end phone number and email address. Emails are never answered and the phone always goes to voicemail. Don't buy from this company!

I signed up and paid for a "Mystery Electronics Deal". When I received the good, I found that they could have been bought elsewhere for a lower price. I contacted the merchant to ask for a refund, having told them why. It was then that I discovered that I had actually entered a competition rather than paid for a deal. I thought that having bought a mystery deal through Mighty Deals, I would at least receive something that was worth what I had paid for it. In other words, it wasn't a deal at all. I could return the goods that cost £9.99 + £4.99 postage at my own cost, the postage is non-refundable, so in other words if I returned them it would have cost me almost £10 to receive nothing at all. I've written it off as a bad job, and am writing this in the hope of warning other people not to be caught out as I was. So glad we didn't go ahead and buy an i Phone from this company. It's not worth the risk, and the prices can be beaten by shopping elsewhere.

This company is an absolute disgrace!!!  I purchased a grout pen on the 12/02/16, and to-date have not receive this.  Each time I have contacted Might Deals customer support they have confirmed a new one will be sent out.  Having still not received I have made contact 5 more times via email  but they no longer respond!  Thankfully the pen was only £6.99 as clearly I am not going to receive the pen or a refund. I  would advise anyone to avoid this company unless you are happy to lose your money!
