When things go wrong with your order/delivery etc, Flubit seem to vanish into thin air. Had to get my banks chargeback team involved to get issues resolved with a previous order. Although most orders have admittedly gone smoothly and as expected just be prepared to roll up those sleeves when things dont go to plan.
