What an awful customer service. I have been waiting for 12 days for a delivery, only to be told that Very have cancelled this 3 times.
12 hours on the phone to at least 15 different advisers, I now have a named adviser, lets see if my product arrives. Having spent in the region of £700.00, I expect a better service, lets hope arrives this year!! I am shocked and angry with the lack of service. It is near on impossible to make a complaint, and you have to wait 5 days for a response, all of which continues to be a repeat of the previous response. I question if Very is really a genuine trading company? What a shocking manner to conduct a business. I am truly aghast with this situation.
