This company has an atrocious attitude towards its customers. I ordered a washer dryer with a service agreement. The machine was delivered and installed by the engineer Very organised. My wife realised later that the machine was not as described on the ad so she contacted Very who told her that it was a mistake on their part, however as the machine had been installed it could not be returned plus the service agreement they are paying for was invalid as it wasn't for the right machine.

Very refuse to deal with this situation and seem to think that Trade Laws do not apply to them. They are blaming wife and I for Very's mistakes!!! Very think that they can ride rough shod over its customers? Well, they not heard the last from this as Trading Standards are now involved!
