Do not order from very

Poor service, delivery & customer service horrendous.
I had a cross trainer delivered 3 days late & damaged, they couldn't arrange a replacement so had to order again replacement damaged. I received an allowance to keep it £3.20 !! Because it was cosmetic and I couldn't be bothered with the hassle. !! Stupidly ordered an expensive dress arrived ripped with make up on stinking of perfume. The customer service is poor the company on a whole is poor !! again my own fault ordered a replacement dress hasn't arrived no information on there system yet I can't cancel it but have to return it when it does arrive. I will never order again and wouldn't advise anyone to do the same, I order online almost everyday and I work for an online sales company and have never been used to such poor service it's a joke. My own fault because I kept ordering should of cancelled after the 1st damaged delivery. If only I had read other reviews before ordering I've only read bad ones and they are all the same horrendous service delivery and products
