The Very worst

I ordered a asus memo pad, paid extra to purchase through very as the website said delivery would be in time for my daughters birthday. Then informed the item would not arrive in time, then complained only to be told it wasn't in stock even though the website said it was and would come in time. The complaints people then said in their terms and and conditions they don't guarantee delivery and sure enough hidden in the small print it's true. Then trying to cancel the order was a nightmare on line as so non user friendly, having to fill in forms etc.

The worst online company I have ever dealt with, the website was misleading, wrongly updated and factually incorrect. Clearly a company only after money, hoping you will place orders for items they don't even have, and they were more expensive than other sites anyway, but I was happy to pay a premium to get the item in time for the birthday.

In the end I wasted a day dealing with the complaints processes and missed out on the chance of going to another supplier for the item in time for my daughters birthday,
