Ordered a hand bag from twelo.com. The lead time was 2-3 weeks as this was using their designer direct shipping method. The item was delivered on time within the estimate window sorted out by the excellent logistic company (Interlink) a thoroughly satisfactory process. I even got a text message before it came!

I Usually check this site daily & have ordered a few items. Although delivery dates can be quite long, you are notified many times before purchasing. Had no issues with customer services, very helpful team. All in all, great site for designer bargains :)
