On the surface, you can order and have a money back guarantee if you are not happy. However, they refuse you as a customer if you return more than a few times. They build up the hype so much about the simplest of items which is very clever marketing but their because they do not walk the talk, they have lost my respect. I prefer Ideal World who are more genuine in their marketing and returns policy.
