I ordered two Elemis Winter Skincare sets on 28th Jan 2013 - delivery is supposed to be within 3-5 working days - I was emailed a message to say that the goods had been dispatched and my first payment taken- 5 days later the goods had still not arrived so I phoned and was told that they had sold out, they still had £32 of my money. There was apparently one set left which was reserved for me and I was sent a form which I had to sign and send back if still no goods. This took another 3 days. Part of my money refunded and I was promised that the goods would be with me this time by 22nd Feb. ( the one set left. on double checking the last despatch e mail, it seems that the goods were sent to someone in Granada! so as still no goods I telephoned and no explanation could be given. As qvc have my card details I am worried about security and extremely disappointed that one month down the line I have no goods! I have requested an immediate refund and I think it disgraceful that qvc have had my money for all that time and have lied to me, saying that the goods had been dispatched when they weren't. If you are buying for a gift, don't bother- I will never watch or order again.
