Nigel O'Hara took £600 for a new TV on 31st May, and now, 14th July, they have not dispatched it - nor have they refunded our money, despite being told to do so last week.
They do not reply to support tickets (and you cannot call them) and now have £600 of my money.
Shoddy, unprofessional and downright crooked trading practices.
The television is still being advertised as for sale on their site.
We are raising this as a dispute with our card issuers, and with Trading Standards.
