Ordered two items which, according to the website were in stock. After a few days of non-receipt, contacted Nigel O'Hara. One of the items was not in stock and they were waiting on the supplier to send it to them. [Didn't think to let me know this!]
This was disappointing as they were for a birthday present and it was obvious we weren't going to get them on time. Three weeks later, we were still waiting and were not getting any replies to emails, therefore requested a refund. Still waiting for the refund 5 weeks later.
