“Great prices but the delivery service was not great...”

I ordered a couple of global knives from this company who has a "massive stock". Ordered on the Friday of the bank holiday weekend in August and did not receive until the following Friday and that was after I had to chase having not been charged for the item by the following Wednesday.

That said, I do like their policy of not charging until they dispatch but if an item is not physically in their stock to be dispatched, or they have to order it from somewhere before they can dispatch it, then it should say so clearly on their website.

Another minor point on the website, it would be nice for some products like gift sets of knives for example to have other photos or be able to zoom in and have a closer look.

To finish on a positive, the prices are very very good, they have a fantastic range of products available and the staff were extremely polite, courteous and helpful when I called to chase my order and it did actually feel like someone did something to expedite it after the delay.

I have already ordered from them again and will do so in the future.
