Bad on-line customer service – no response to three emails.
Items shown in stock on-line - but didn't actually have - still charge you for them.

Had to enquire about order after two weeks of nothing, only then were some of the items sent - did not dispatch within 6 days as advertised on website.(Were sent by next day delivery after enquiry. I can give 10 stars to the delivery company DPD, fantastic parcel tracking)

Am having to CHASE them for refund for an item that wasn't sent: even the invoice shows it wasn't send it but they still didn't refund me!! Check what you’re billed and what you receive carefully if you do use them!

Items were good value - but some were in very poor condition, dirty and marked I had to sand down a couple of bread boards! Didn't want the hassle of attempting to return.

Overall too much trouble for the cost savings - I would not recommend the Maha on-line store.
