Order a simple cover for my mini computer. Was initally told 20 working days. 5 weeks later have not clapped eyes on it, Dino Direct are dragging their feet with a refund. They may seam cheap on the surface and have a huge vartiety of items on sale but they would frustrate you so much you will REGRET ordering from them and the reason why you went with them. When you email them they email back quickly but that does not compensate for the long long wait for items you paid for in good faith.

it takes long time to receive the order, although they promise in 3-7 days, but it took 4 weeks! the sizes are crazy! i wear L size and bought XXL size and still small on me! there is no free return, so i decided to keep them although i wont wear them unless if i lose 10 kg at least! one of the items was out of stock, but no one notice me or send email about that.. when i contact them about missing item, just then they suggest to replace it with other item the same amount and they send it by normal post which takes up to 6 months!!!!!

I made my first (and most definitely last) purchase from Dino Direct four weeks ago. I ordered three USB Powered Hubs; each 5V Hub was supposed to be supplied with a Mains AC to 5V DC USB Adapter, and a USB to Power (Barrel/Jack) Connector. I purchased these hubs to be used (powered) via USB Ports on different devices. Instead of what I ordered, I was sent three 9V Hubs, each accompanied by a two-pin Mains AC to Power (Barrel/Jack) Connector - Not the same thing at all. Despite the fact that I especially purchased USB Powered Hubs, Dino Direct refuse to send the items I ordered, claiming that what they sent 'have the same functionality'. Their Customer Services have also complained that 'because they are in China, it will cost a lot of money to send replacements'. You just couldn't make it up.
