I would never ever order on debenhams online again, appaling service disgraceful delivery serrvice, ordered on the 2nd of dec and was told after a lot of e-mails and phone calls( which cost me a lot of extra money) that I would have my order on the 27th of dec!!!!!!!

Experienced the same treatment never even told me the order was cancelled it wont happen again though no more dead enhams for me plenty of good shops about no wonder the profits are down DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
