Have been able to get into my account online about Three times in the last two months.Have contacted Customer Services at least EIGHT times which has cost me over £15 in phone calls to this 0844 or what ever it is number. When I did get through they changed my Password, every time it worked about twice but am still unable to log into my account again now. Thinking of getting rid of my card and use another store where you can get into your account online.
