I ordered my product over a week ago having been informed that the delivery estimate is 1-2 days I assumed my product would be with me by the weekend, over a week later and I'm still waiting. As it's this close to Christmas I understand some delay but I have had to purchase the same thing again elsewhere for fear that it won't arrive at all. I have requested an update from Concord Extra and was informed that it had been dispatched a week ago so the fault may lie with Royal Mail, I don't know!

This order was shipped within the stated time given, However many items get lost in post. Every item that has been lost is always either refunded or replacement is sent out.
