I have been using Argos for many years and have always been very pleased with the products and service ,but this time we have been a little disappointed.My daughter ordered her nursery furniture which should of been delivered on the 4th Aug ,we had a text saying delivery will be 845 , the delivery driver went to the wrong house ,when I finally got through to the driver he was out of the area,I said your joking you could not be that far away ,my daughter was gutted .i then called Argos and said I tried calling the driver but he did not pick up ,they said well he would not as he was driving ,but there was two men so why could the other guy not pick up ? After many phone calls and Argos saying it was there fault ,the delivery date was three weeks later ,I feel this is shocking ,so close to baby being born ,
