Rejected customer feedback ....

Having solicited a comment on a recent purchase Argos then reject it despite it being positive about the product and neutral about the company.

Review of Silver Sony Alarm Clock Radio: -

*Basic clock radio works well*
It is a Sony. As you would expect it works well and is simple to use and
for under thirteen quid good value. Would have bought a DAB version if they had been a more sensible price but as those types of radio are still at a massive premium (for something I only listen to for 10 minutes before
getting-up) best stick with FM. The backup battery was an unexpected bonus
- very nice as we do get brief power outages where I live.

Nothing anyone could take offence to - unless the grammar and spelling perhaps? Well Argos operates some interesting editorial rules for postings and can't cope with this implied blasphemy.

I can only presume that they want to stop people being able to see that they raise and lower their prices regularly to generate fake "sales" and special offers.

So - if buying from them (I'll try not to) then best ignore the customer comments section.
