I have an online account but can no longer sign in. My name and password seem to be accepted and I am taken from the sign in screen to a shopping page but without actually being signed in.
I have sent 3 e-mails, but just get a generic one back each time telling me how to reset my password, which I have done 3 times but it makes no difference.
I can't even open a new account as it recognises my e-mail address.
I was going to order a cordless phone and some bedroom furniture but I shall go elsewhere.
