What kind of response is this to a loyal customer refusing to pay to return faulty goods purchased via www.amazon.co.uk -

I understand you're upset and I regret that we haven't been able to address your concerns to your satisfaction. However, the information the seller has been providing is correct. Amazon cannot provide prepaid return labels for you and neither can the seller. Please return the item to the seller using the return address they provided. Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer any further assistance with this matter.
BUYERS DO NOT PAY TO RETURN FAULTY GOODS!!!!
