First and foremost if you have an online platform from which to sell your goods make sure that it works before rolling it out to the general public.

I ordered (past tense) quite regularly on Amazon. Between issues with discount codes, deliveries magically disappearing, system errors, poor and completely facile support system I would strongly recommend anybody that is looking to leave a good review DON'T as it is misleading to those perusing to find reassurance regarding Amazon.

After their IT system failing to allow me to delete an old delivery address and then sending my new Panasonic TV to that address even after calling up amazon 45 seconds after the order was placed to alert them of the issue to then be told that, and I quote - 'the order is too far down the process line for them to rectify the issue. It will be possible to address the issue when it arrives with the couriers'. In no world was my order beyond retrieval or editing after 45 seconds. The issue was compounded the following day, after speaking to a complete dullard, put on hold for 15 minutes listen to a bloody piano concerto which I LOVED and then handed to a manager who if I was Amazon looking to reduce head count would definitely consider superfluous.

She then gave me a pre-scripted emotionless respond of we will contact the courier when we know who it is and then TRY to amend the delivery error - AMEND.

This is preposterous as they had the ability to change my details at the very beginning - So they took my money , sent the product to the wrong address (due to a system error), Told me they would try to change the delivery address when it was with the courier and then told me that when it was with the courier that it was too far gone.

Furthermore after all of this chasing - which ate into my working day - I then received an email, not a phone call, an email confirming they had done all they could but the package was still on its way to a destination that is a meer 2 hours drive away from my current home and involves driving into London.

Don't believe anything they tell you as I have been through countless issues with these shisters and they are only in business due to very very clever marketing.

You claim the system wouldn't let you change an old address, you then placed an order knowing the address was wrong, and then you phoned them to tell them it was the wrong address. Yes, I think I can see who was at fault there.
