Disgusting customer service

I have never received as bad service before as I did from amazon this November/December. They made non stop mistakes with my order which ended in them 'accidentally' deleting it yet still requesting my money which my bank then held on too for two weeks just before Christmas. We had a preorder slot for a ps4 bundle with them dating back 3 mths. We were told it was being sent on the release date. The money disappeared from my account but no ps4 arrived. I rang them up concerned as they were selling very fast in my local shops and if they hadn't have taken my money I'd have just picked mine up there. Amazon told me I couldn't cancel my order or get my money back as mine was coming the next day. The next day came and went and still no ps4. I rang them again and this was where the advice of the call centre and email people started really differing. I was told on the phone that they'd made a mistake and put me to the back of the queue and I now wouldn't get my sons Xmas present till the new yr. then via email I was told it would be with me later in the week. I repeatedly asked them to contact my bank and release my money so that I could pick one up if they became available locally again. I was constantly being told they were doing just this to then be told by my bank that they'd heard nothing. The. I received an email from amazon saying they'd cancelled my order! I rang them up to find out what was going on and turns out it was a mistake but they have cancelled my order and absolutely no one from supervisors to managers could do a thing about it!!! And still I didn't have my money back!!! I think they're a discussing company and their customer service is despicable. They basically lie constantly to tell you what you what to hear and then don't follow through on any of it!!
