OK until you cancel!

I've been a member for 5 years on the lowest deal, 2 dvds per month. Some films on my list have sat there for years and never reached my door. On the plus side, they are very quick at sending them, and you can hang onto them for a week or so if you want. However, I've now bought a hard disk recorder as there are so many films on TV I could record. It's not unusual that a new film I added to my list has appeared on TV before I received it, I waited so long. I decided to cancel my Lovefilm membership today, which you can only do over the phone. I allowed 5 minutes for this before my dinner was ready. Mistake! I got put through to a high-pressure salesman who just WOULD NOT take no for an answer. There was an option to leave feedback, but only if you hang onto the phone after the conversation. TRICK! He drove me so mad I hung up once I finally got him to agree to cancel the subs, so I didn't get a chance to leave feedback.

I've put a comment on their Facebook page, and noted that others had done so too, though there's nowhere provided for you to put general comments. I've immediately spoken to my bank to cancel the direct debit from my end, because I don't trust them. I would have recommended them onto to anyone before today. Not now!
