The lady who took my order on the telephone was extremely helpful, efficient and knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to speak to her. I ordered a Minichamps Porsche Boxster in metallic blue, and although my call was mid afternoon, the model was promised for delivery by the next day. The tracking system of DHL was excellent and I could visually track when my parcel would arrive, and it arrived exactly as promised. It was well packaged, in perfect order and I was very pleased with the model and its presentation case. This was ordered as a gift and the recipient was very happy to receive it. Thank you Mini Model Shop for an excellent service.
