I ordered a hoverboard 2 weeks ago and still haven't received it due to fed ex losing my package I paid over $200 for...Now hobbytron is telling me I can't be sent another one or be refunded my money until fed ex is done with there tracing which can take over a MONTH...hobbytron takes no responsibility for their carriers faults...TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN REGARDS TO KEEPING THE CUSTOMER SATISFIED...WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN...(or fedex for that matter)
