How strange. Nostalgic=Images website and advertisements are identical to Eurocosm. How strange, just like Eurocosm they advertise goods claimed to be in stock and even offer a 24 hour delivery service. In my case they sold me a Hi Fi System advertised as ex stock, and then five days later told me that it would not be available for another month. I am now trying to obtain a refund. Companies like this are best avoided. Remember the trade name NOSTALGIC=IMAGES as they are Eurocosm in disguise.

I ordered a replacement part for a trampoline from them, via their "jumpking.co.uk" website. The website described it as "in stock" of which more later. When I'd received no updates after a week, I tried calling them. To anyone considering this step, my advice is (1) only between 9 am and 11 am on weekdays, and (2) have patience. LOTS of patience. I went the email route instead, and received a reassurance that they were expecting new stock that same day and would send it on. Days passed and nothing happened. I tried phoning again. The number either (1) cuts you off after one ring, or (2) tells you that they're only going to answer between 9 am and 11 am, a message that it repeats three times before a different voice says "Viele Dank, auf Wiederhohren" (Thank you and goodbye, in German), or (3) tells you (again in German) that the number is sadly unavailable. Finally I got through to someone, who finally admitted that the required part hadn't come in and that the next shipment was in severaldays time. I requested a refund instead. In conclusion: This seems to me most likely to be a re-shipping operation, that is, they carry no stock at all, and merely take a cut for passing your order on to someone who does. It's also worth noting that they are not the manufacturer, they are a re-seller, and not even the main one in the UK. The level of customer service is appalling, communication is non-existent, claims about items being in stock or times when they can be shipped are false. Avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered a C.Scope metaldetector for a very competive price. This was send in 4 or 5 days to the netherlands. The original box was not really suitable for international post and a bit damaged. I send Some pics of it and received very fast a mail with apoligies. Notting inside was damaged so no problem. One part was not in stock, I received a mail that this was send later. After two weeks I received the mail iT was at the post. For me the communications was fast and good. Shipment was fast. Good price.

Curieuse société avec un numéro pour la france qui ne répond jamais. j'ai commandé un détecteur de métaux et je suis débité de suite pour apprendre quelques jours plus tard que le produit n'est pas disponible. Mail de la société qui va me rembourser et je surveille tous les jours mon compte sans rien voir arriver !!! J'attends encore quelques jours puis ce sera une plainte à la gendarmerie !

Still waiting to receive my order 11 days later! They've answered the phone once and responded to one e-mail, since then i've been ignored, i'll be going to my credit card company to get the money back because I can't see them refunding me as I've requested, keep your money and your sanity and stay away from them, order from a more reputable company.

We ordered a 12 foot tramploline cover. When it arrived there was no way it fits a 12 foot trampoline. Much much too small and was no good. As it was not as sold and not fit for purpose i asked the company to repay my postage. After many emails the person I dealt with finally said yes, so i returned the goods recorded delivery. I got my refund but not my postage as promised. I am going to report them to trading standards as they are mis-selling goods and claiming the cover fits the whole bed of the trampoline and any trampoline. This is not true

First of all this shop claims to be active in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. If you call the number displayed on the site, you will figure out that an english speaking answering machine tells you that today is some day in September 2015 and that the telephone will only be answered from 9 to 11 am, but more about that later. So I hit the order button for a "Firelamp Flame Light" and paid the amount displayed in EUR by online banking the same day. In the description it says that they looked at a lot of products like this and this one is the best they have ever seen. Ok, one can argue about what makes a good product. After paying the amount I got an e-mail telling me that there were € 8 missing and that my bank probably took a commission. After trying to call these people several times during their "office hrs" and after I was sick of all the arguing by e-mail I put a € 10 bill in an envelope and sent it to the address in FRANCE they have given me. Finally the lamp arrived with an ENGLISH PLUG. Now, these things you can really use in England only! (Welcome to eurocosm.com Deutschland, Austria, Switzerland) ! There is no company registered under that address in Germany they display ! If you "sherlock holmesly" figure out the phone number of that address they don't know about a company being registered there. ! They never pick up the phone ! The product is let's say not what you expect for the price you pay

Had been trying to reach the UK office to place an order, prior to seeing these reviews! Have not been able to get a response from the phone line. Glad now as I haven't got invoved with them. Would suggest others source product elsewhere.

What everyone says is true...Only reply to emails VERY early in the morning, with purposely short responses which do not answer your query. Telephone answering machine permanently says line is being upgraded and they can't take calls. Ordered new trampoline net poles, received ones for wrong model which did not fit. Was told via email that although the label says they were for a different model, they should fit and that my trampoline was clearly smaller than I said it was??!!! I phoned a 'reputable' company who confirmed that the poles sent would not fit my trampoline. Little chance of getting my money back from this company so will have to use MasterCard Chargeback. AVOID...trade under many names, so be careful!

Do NOT trust this company. They lie again and again. They advertised and promised next day delivery for my son's birthday present. They did not deliver on time. It took them over a week to deliver it. I had purchased another and then they refused to return my money after i returned the product unopened.

I have ordered a picknick basket, according to the website there was a 5 day delivery within Europe. After 10 days I asked about the product and I was told that the sending will be tracked. After absence of deliveries and short mails by customer service, they told me that the product has not arrived from the distributor in US yet (after almost 30 days asking the same question about the delivery to Sweden). In the end (after 50 days) Eurocosm has transferred my money and told me that they will quit business with the US distributor. Well, all in all: untransparency in supply chain, fast but partly untrustworthy customer service and in the end no product.

This is the kind of person/company that is only wanting money on the account at any cost and not willing to provide any kind of service. Furthermore, their site is full of lies. I ordered a trampoline via their site jumpking.co.uk as they stated next day delivery and I was visiting the UK for a few days with a van and would drive back to Holland with my purchase. I first tried to call the company to request a quicker delivery. No answer after a number of calls. I therefore emailed my request. The product was on its way! I gave myself 3 days just to be sure. 3 days later and still no trampoline. I received an email from eurocosm with a tracking code. This was useless and so I called the transport company. They had received the product the night before with the lowest (cheapest) priority and I would receive it the following week. I decided to pick it up from the transport depot. Only 4 of the 5 boxes were there. Called again a number of times. No answer. The 5th box arrived the following week and I now have to pay a lot of money to have it shipped to Holland. They never answer the phone and do not provide a 24 hour delivery service. Not to be trusted!!

I ordered a Viking V6 metal detector for a dutch friend, 9.30 Monday morning with next day delivery requested, as advertised on their site. I ordered online as their "customer support" phoneline was out of use for three days for "upgrading". Really ?? In 2014 ???. By 3pm, I started to panic. I was due to return to Holland at 5pm on the Wednesday, and specifically chose Eurocosm, via TheRobertOpieCollection.com for the fast delivery times promised. By 8.25am Tuesday, still no order confirmation, delivery details or anything, so I sent an email to the service department, expressing my urgent need to take delivery within 33 hours, specifically asking for email contact or a phonecall on my mobile number. Order confirmation received via email at 23.25 Tuesday 25 March. Wednesday 7.25am, received email saying it would arrive the following day, or not.. they would advise me. By return email, I immediately requested it be sent direct to Holland at their cost, then tried their phone line, now working only to record messages. By 10.10am, advised delivery address could not be changed as "consigned". Once again I asked for telephone contact to my mobile. Thursday 7.57am, email advised it would be "with me" today. Not true as I was back in Holland. Delivered to my sisters' address, who has had to post it on at large expense. No apology or further contact received after I sent more mails looking for explanation. NOT same day despatch if ordered by 12.00. Next day delivery NOT possible

It's the end of November, I must be the only person in the UK purchasing a picnic basket. I found the one I wanted on Eurocosm and ordered it. Got receipt of my purchase, the money came out of my account... I email asking for a delivery estimate, 3 days later I get an email saying that actually someone purchased the exact same basket just moments before I did and now it's out of stock. Considering I purchased it at 9.00 on a Wednesday, I very much doubt this is the case. I also found the same basket on 3 other sites, Picnic-UK, Nostalic Gifts and agiftintime - all owned by this one company - Garling Consultancy Ltd. Just all seems really scammy. They reply at like 6am and if you reply right away you don't hear back for another day... weird. Would never trust them with my money again. If you do still want to purchase anything from them I recommend emailing first to check it's in stock. Don't waste time and money having them spend ages telling you that it's magically out of stock now.

bought a metal detector off robert opie(eurocosm) on tuesday the 2nd of october it is now the 5th numerous phone calls and emails with no replies then when i threaton with paypal escallation they let me know it was only collected off them for delivery to me this morning i needed the detector for tomorrow as i am sorry was going away on a detecting rally they say they have upraded delivery for saturday am delivery at no cost to me what a joke

I had the exact same experience. I even spoke to the courier company who told me they only work via email and do not answer the phone. I also have to ship my product from the UK to Holland as it did not arrive in time. Next day delivery - NO WAY. Even after requesting, it still had a P3 status with the courier company. Not to be trusted.
