I've known DLCO and been doing business with them for quite some time. I just want to share with all those who want to start a clothing line that DLCO is a great company. You always get what you want on time and they are very easy to talk to. I recommend DLCO 100%. When I used their brand management services and consulted with them about my plan of having a clothing business, particularly when it comes to retail, they taught me everything I needed to know and gave me many effective suggestions. I have a great time when I go in, their team is friendly and efficient! I will definitely be going back to DLCO for all of my future orders.

Previous patterns produced by other pattern companies made me sick. They just couldn't make it work. I found DLCO while exploring online and was shocked that they offered patternmaking and grading AND full packages and production. I decided to make an appointment and also found out they could take care of my website, lookbook photoshoot and help me find a sales rep. Everything all in one place and I could start my clothing business instantly! Wow! If you are looking for a production company then DLCO patterns and grading is the answer, they also have a very professional team. Accuracy and thoroughness of the work is evident. What I like most at DLCO is that they always have a warm atmosphere so I am not hesitant to ask or clarify anything. The owner is very direct and honest when dealing with anything that comes up. Actually we were having an issue with some of the measurements coming out wrong in development and she would not go forward with production until she met with the production department and made sure they could contract out to the right facility with the right machines before taking the production order. Amazing customer service.

I've been wanting to have a clothing line for so long. Needed to find a company that is full package because at first, I had no experience in the industry. A friend recommend DLCO and was not mistaken. They were able to source all my fabrics and do all the patterns based on the clothes and swatches I sent them. After 2 samples in each style they were ready to take to the sales rep. I am getting a very good response from stores and they don't have minimums so I can manage my budget, and because they handle all the technical stuff I can focus on marketing the line. I will always be working with them, my clothing business has gone so much further than I could have ever taken it on my own and is doing so well because of DLCO - just got an order from a huge department store!!

I really love the staff at DLCO, they work in such a well-organized and competent way.  I am greatly appreciative for everyone's on-going hard work and commitment to my project. I have a very creative and talented team in place! I am thrilled to be working with such professionals! I actually switched over from another company in New York and kept telling them that we needed to just start over with every single style - she didn't believe me until she received everything. They didn't even knock off my reference garments or listen to any of my instructions - just used some completely different patterns they already had, and on top of that sewed them very badly. The DLCO team got them close to perfect on the first try! All of my instructions were applied just like I asked. Because of this I was so excited and wanted to go straight to production. Even though DLCO would have made more money and faster - she persuaded me to wear all the swimsuits and test them out for a few weeks before manufacturing. After thinking about it I realized she is correct. I do not want to rush this project. It's best to just take this one step at a time. Right now we are up to 2nd proto-types (the duplicates) and line sheets so I can begin writing orders based on the color ways we created and the fabric we have on hand. We did have some minor mistakes with the duplicates (partially because I changed some colorways midway) but she was very appeasing and after some discussion we were able to come to a mutually satisfying agreement.

My experience with DLCO has been very professional. Working with the owner and brand manager has really made my vision come to life. I have been home sewing for years with a store on Etsy and wanted to take my kids line to the next level, but had no idea how the fashion industry worked. They educated me on all I needed to know and also helped me modify my line for the wholesale market. I didn't realize how similar all my styles were or how buyers expect to see different concepts with the same feeling so they have a choice of which style they like. They were able to source all my fabric and help me with my color palette too. I just emailed pictures and showed them some swatches and they found everything I wanted at wholesale prices, some of them with no minimums. The line came out amazing and not just that, the quality of the samples are excellent and I am very satisfiied.

I enjoy working with the DLCO team, they are nice and friendly. It's such a great environment and I have a nice time whenever I come in for an appointment. I have had several issues with other facilities - samples/patterns always late, no apparent "system", a poor grasp of the English language, much more expensive. Nothing ever done when they say it will be and one time I even came in after 2 weeks of calling and my stuff was still in a bag next to the wall! With DLCO I always know that they are on top of everything. They always call text or email to ask questions and I see significant progress at every stage. It's such a relief to know when I ask for something - it will actualIy get done and when they say it will. I couldn't make solid plans before. They also asked me what my salesplan was at the very beginning so they could schedule everything months ahead of time.I would completely recommend DLCO to all my colleagues in Apparel industry.

DLCO patterns and grading has a very approachable and friendly staff. They make good recommendations as to how the garment should look, and give a fair price for the quality of the work that they produce. They are also very accommodating. There have been a few times when garments still needed a bit of tweaking and they took care of it at no extra cost until I was pleased with the outcome.
