I can't believe there are still companies out there who think they can get away with such a poor service' I tried very hard to buy a laptop each time I did this I was told I was successful only to receive an email to say the buy had turned into a quote, what the hell is that all about. I rang customer service who was no help what so ever.

Guess what in the end I went on to Amazon and bought with one click and free next day delivery.

This is one site who will not be getting my business in future and I have already told everyone I know what a rubbish site it is

I would like to apologise for the problems you have had placing an order with Ebuyer.

Unfortunately, when an order does not go through the verified by visa or it does not pass our security checks, the order will be converted to a quote.

You will be informed by email when this happens however if the items are still required you would need to replace your order.

Once again I apologise for any annoyance and inconvenience caused.
