Purchased a monitor which had a dead pixel. I requested a replacement but was informed that a dead pixel is not classed as a fault. However I could return the monitor as not wanted and place a new order for a replacement, which is what I did.
After a lengthy phone call to customer service I arrange for the original monitor to be collected by eBuyer, who gave me a collection time of 9am - 5pm. I then later received an email which stated the collection time was 7am - 9am! This was no good as I had made arrangements for someone to be at my property from 9am! I telephone customer service and was told the collection time was 7am - 7pm!! After complaining I was put on hold for ages and told that the collection time was actually 7am - 8pm!!! Come on ebuyer, how can you not know when your collection times are! Your website says one thing, your emails say something else and your customer service staff say something different again! Sort it out!

I would like to apologise for the dead pixel on your monitor and for the misleading information on your collection times, these comments will be passed forwards as a training issue.
