Distance selling rules mean companies have to accept returns from non business individuals, but E-buyer have some small print which enables them to charge restocking fees of £20 or 20%, whichever is the greater to business purchasers. This in addition to the reasonable need to fund the return. You would think that if the business purchaser bought an alternative item from them they would waive that but no, not in my experience. Ebuyer go to great effort to attract new customers but do not in my experience offer any flexibility to their business customers. To make it worse, they took their time on the phone at 10p per minute in 'looking into it, and finding supervisor' Email support had the same result. My company will not be buying from E-byer again. E-buyer's customer-service to businesses very poor in my opinion.
