Bought an item and had it delivered to a different address as it was a Christmas present. When it was gifted it was then discovered that the wrong size had been ordered. To enable us to establish this we had to open the box. We tired to return it and at first were met with a hundred excuses why we couldn't. Mainly we had opened the box. With the help of the wonderful person I dealt with and determination and not giving up on my part they finally accepted the return for store credit (which I was happy about as we could then order the correct size). Moral of the story is A: great products and great price B: should you need to return item stick to your guns and not give up and C: Ask to speak to the person I dealt with as she is fantastic and a credit to the company
