I have used them quite a few times in the past without problem but this time the item they sent was not as listed. I e-mailed to explain and got no response whatsoever. After checking their website to find out how to return goods I sent the print cartridges back. I haven't been refunded for the items and still have had no response.

In summary, as a previous reviewer put it better than I could 'Value Roulette - Eventually you lose'
