I investigate every online shop I buy from. This is just a habit I've developed over the years because you don't know who your dealing when shopping online. This company has been here for over 10 years, I checked their domain and business registration to verify. I then called their customer service number and spoke with someone there and asked as many questions as I could have. Also asked about other reviews and they were able to ease my concerns with their side of the story. It's not always black and white. I needed CorelDRAW Standard 2020 which is sold as download and so I took the plunge and bought it here. I received the email with the download and license key in a matter of 2 hours. I installed and activated the software without issue. I then called COREL to make sure this was a legit license and indeed it was. This is a good shop to buy from in my opinion and with the experience I had ans this is what I can share. Thanks

I bought MS-Office home edition 2013, in 2013 unsurprisingly. This last week my system board failed so I replaced it and plugged my hard drive onto a new base unit and thought this would be the end of it. Unfortunately Windows and Office came up with problems. I contacted Microsoft who were very helpful sorting out the Windows 10 issue and fixed it for me. However the Office number was deemed as being a pirated version, and UKTECHSTORE isn't answering the phone despite me calling in the office hours that their automated system says they are open. I have had an email, but only to say they are looking into it, and Microsoft have blocked the software from use as of tomorrow. So I am not a happy person as the software is needed

They provided me with an invalid download link and said that it was all to do with microsoft

A very quick process from start to finish and a great Customer Service even regarding and order placed years ago.

Paid for Office 360 but when we tried to load it we discovered that the activation coded did not work. Later a message appeared informing us that the activation code had already been used by another e-mail address. I have tried numerous time to contact the via their customer support line but they are not answering! We have now had to purchase from elsewhere and will have to chase them for a re-fund. DO NOT USE THEM!

I bought online software from this company and unfortunately it wasn't compatible with my computer so I requested a refund. I was informed that I could only get the refund if Microsoft could confirm that the product key has not been activated. Microsoft did confirm that the product key was ok and has not been activated, and it can be resold to another customer. I sent the email to this company but they still refused to give me a refund so I'm seeking legal advise on what to do.

Order Office 2013 Download because I needed it for legal work related matter today. The site, in my opinion, deliberately does not let you know that your download cannot be completed immediately. If I had known that I would have to wait up to 12 hours I would no have ordered. Their telephone customer service is a v-mail which is pathetic. I now need to order elsewhere and cancel my order with UKTechStore. Disastrous!

A first time customer at UKTechStore - like many other reviewers I approached with some caution, after being initially attracted by the competitive prices. I needn't have had any concerns - the product license code (I purchased a downloadable product) was received within minutes of completing my order and was valid, so my Adobe Lightroom is now up and running. There were some minor issues with getting the payment to process via the website (but the online tech support (via the handy live chat function) I received throughout the purchase and installation was fantastic and the customer service I have to say was second to none. The problem was soon sorted and payment processed. So I would not hesitate to recommend this company to potential customers - I would definitely use them again in the future as the need arises.

I recently purchased Microsoft Office 13 from Uktechstore only to find that it didn't run on Vista. This was entirely my fault as i should have checked. After explaining the situation to an extremely helpful online support guy they had substituted office 13 for office 10 which was compatible with vista. This was done at no extra charge and very quickly despite the whole thing being my fault. Excellent customer service! Can't recommend them highly enough!

I have been blown away by the superb service from this company - particularly the speed and quality of their responses. I'm no PC expert, but when Microsoft 'could not help' this company did. I can't believe it. I went to these guys because I needed a copy of MS Office 2013 straight away so I opted for the download delivery and guess what? 10 hours later I'm still waiting. I tried calling their Customer Care line and got put through to some guys voicemail and was asked to leave a message, which I did qouting my order number and asking them to delivery order by the ten O' clock the following day or cancel the order.I also emailed them saying the same thing. So far I've had no response. Also logging back I into the site I notice that the login page is not encrypted so any hacker can read your account password. Stay away from these guys!

The service was excellent and they were the cheapest for this product. The product arrived electronically on time and I had a few problems trying to upload it. On contacting UKTechstore they were brilliant, very apologetic and they helped me to sort out the issue. Microsoft office is now working perfectly on my laptop. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends and would use then again.

Software arrived as advertised. I would have prefered a service which operated outside normal business hours but that's the standard offered so there was no surprise.
