Great Product, Great Customer Service

I chose to buy a new computer from UKGC as they sell pre-built towers cheaper than what it would have cost for me to buy each part individually and build it myself. I found the spec that I wanted and the customization options are extremely varied.

When it came to ordering I had some trouble with online authentication on the card I was using (this was issues with the bank, not UKGC) and Daman actually rang up the mobile number I'd submitted with the order form to see what problems I was having which I thought was a really good bit of customer service.

Once my order had gone through successfully I received emails at every stage of the build so I was always up to date with my order. Upon arriving I was pleased to see how sturdy the packaging is. The built computer arrived in the towers original box, inside a thicker cardboard box and the pc was held in polystyrene with loads of foam marshmallows thrown in for good measure.

The tower itself shows extremely good built quality. The cables are all neatly tied together and tucked away and they've built it to a much higher standard than I would have done and it works like a dream, running all of the games at ultra-high settings as advertised.

Overall I'm really happy with the product and the customer service from UKGC and I would definitely recommend ordering from them. When it comes to upgrading I'll definitely be using them again.
