I bought a Toshiba Satellite laptop that turned out to be a white elephant.
It came loaded with Toshiba rubbish and stating with 28gb this ate up my space.
My laptop developed a vibration along with a screeching noise so I sent it off to Toshiba. They found nothing and put it down to the peripheral's I was using. My laptop came back contaminated, I contacted my IP who told me to check for malware and yes there was, my e-mails were all to hell and I was getting annoying pop ups.I got back to Toshiba who told me to send it back and it will cost £60,I told them I have invested enough time and money with their product ,I waited to see if Toshiba was going to make a happy or unhappy customer before I wrote this article. This was the first time I have bought a brand new laptop but I can honestly say I have had more satisfaction with my second hand Dell & Packard Bell along with shelf life. The other thing you have to go through with Toshiba is getting into robot mode. It is very difficult to contact Toshiba. You have to listen to an animated female, she asks you many questions, she never knows the answer and ends up giving you a reference number. You then ring Toshiba and you are asked to feed in the reference number, this is not recognised and you are told this call will be terminated, SO FRUSTRATING!
