Very happy with my experience of this company, got exactly what I paid for; a download that was available immediately and a disc a couple of days later. Follow up courtesy call to check all ok was nice and an email thanking me for my purchase. A decent saving on the price too. Nice to see good customer service is still out there!

I was advised to use the site via my accountant. My first impressions was an excellent and well presented site. There was plenty of information but very easy to navigate to what you want rather than what you don't want. I found the site very vibrant which encouraged me to come back to the site to view all your products. The prices were the best element of the site. The cost of the software was by far the cheapest that I could find on the web and over £ 50 cheaper than Sage itself. When I decided to purchase Sage Instant Accountant the whole affair was seamless to choosing the product to checkout. This was then followed up by a seamless amount of e mails from your company advising from confirmation of order to product download. After download I installed the product, registered it with Sage and its now all up and running. The e module learning is quite a good tool albeit I did not particularly need it as I have used Sage before but I would say a fantastic tool for someone who has never used Sage before. I would say from purchase, to download and installed took little over 30 minutes and the longest procedure was the actual download. I chased my invoice 24 hours later and within minutes it was hear. Overall I was very impressed with the whole affair and I would recommend you to anyone. Kind regards

Wow! I wasn't expecting the person picking up the phone to be so knowledgeable about Sage 50 Accounts. I expected to be passed on a couple of times before I spoke with someone who knew what I was talking about. Fahima, however, having picked up my call and knew instantly the answers to my questions. In addition she was very modest and unassuming about her expertise. I was so impressed I bought the software there and then and will use The Software Solutionsd Shop for my future accounting software needs :) Thank you very much for your help

As a bookkeeper I have bought Sage Instant Accounts for several clients from The Software Solution Shop, and I keep going back again and again. It is great to be able to download the software immediately and get started as soon as the serial number and activation code are sent, usually within the hour. The CD arrives in the post soon after. If I have a query I ring up and the staff are really helpful. You get to speak to a real person that knows what they are doing. It is cheaper than buying from Sage - who are also helpful and don't cut you off even if you didnt buy direct from them. So I would recommend them.

Island Optics limited is a new start up business in the Isle of Man, our main software supplier was no assistance to talk about, so it was good to find a website that not only did what it said. But had the staff to carry through, the person who we has as our first contact, gave us the confidence to quickly make the purchase. Very good all round.

I shopped around for Sage ACT! Pro and this company offered the best price I came across. A slight technical hitch I had (not their fault) was soon addressed and the download went beautifully. The DVD came a day or so later. Happy with everything!

Good, detailed web page, easy to order, staff efficient dealing with queries both telephone and on line. Would use them again for Sage products.
