I purchased a laptop online and all documentation went through rapidly, i selected next day delivery but as i ordered on a friday i knew it would not arrive until monday, however come monday dpd text me to say arriving between 10 and 11 am, come midday another text saying it would arrive 16-1700, then 1730 a text to say they couldnt deliver because i wasnt in, Total courier lies even the photo proff of placing tried to deliver card was not related to my building, had a go at dpd they said the mysteriously could not contact the driver or the chelmsford depot, so would i accept an "upgrade" to have my parcel delivered the next day before 12,, and that the upgrade was a gesture of goodwill...in my eyes an upgrade is delivering before the schedulled time and not after. however it was delivered before noon and asus refunded my next day delivery charge,, I have no problem with asus or the product but their image is being marred by DPD.. sonif you buy fro asus specify any courier other than DPD they are awful.
