The price for the laptop I ordered was pretty much the best I could find, so very pleased on that front. The order process got a bit hairy when - for no reason I could determine - my credit card was declined. I opted to pay by PayPal instead and they added 1% surcharge for the privilege. To add a bit of insult to this injury, it turns out that if you pay by Paypal you can't deliver to any address other than your home address. So I asked to have the order delivered on the Thursday when someone would be at home (this was Monday). They agreed, hurrah. But imagine my surprise to be sent a notification message on *Wednesday* saying it was out for delivery. Luckily I managed to rearrange the day, so all ended well. Could have been a bit less hassle though.
